FairDraw is a sweepstake draw and sharing tool.
FairDraw does not organise, run, promote, or operate your sweepstake. Hosts are responsible for the sweepstake they create.
Host responsibilities
- Make sure the sweepstake is lawful where they are
- Collect payments offline if they choose to
- Verify paid entrants
- Award prizes
- Resolve disputes
- Ensure participants are allowed to take part
What FairDraw does not do
- Collect payments
- Process gambling payments
- Hold funds
- Guarantee prizes
- Guarantee that a sweepstake is lawful
- Provide legal advice
Draws are intended to be fair and random based on the app's draw process.
You must not use FairDraw for unlawful gambling, fraud, scams, or misleading promotions.
Manual payments
Any money collection happens outside FairDraw. Hosts are responsible for checking and marking entrants as paid.

FairDraw does not provide legal, gambling, tax, payment, or other professional advice.
